Description of Business
Fiinu Plc is a group holding company that through its operational subsidiaries operates in the field of fintech, big data, and digital banking (subject to obtaining banking licence). Fiinu Plc’s ordinary shares are traded on the AIM market with the ticker ‘BANK’.
The group has two operational subsidiaries:
Fiinu Holdings Limited (registered in England and Wales Company number 10544700) develops intellectual property and fintech modules, which will include a range of innovative new products including big data insights, and;
Fiinu 2 Limited (registered in England & Wales Company number 12973786) which plans to apply for a UK banking licence from the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
